Responsibilities Manage SEC Reporting and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures. Oversee operational accounting tasks and ensure accuracy and efficiency. Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial objectives. Experience and Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally from a Big 4 public accounting audit background. Experience with public companies is essential. Proven track record in process improvement initiatives. Background in insurance, asset management, or financial services sectors is preferred. CPA designation is preferred. Work Environment This role requires a commitment to being in the office five days a week, promoting collaboration and teamwork in a professional setting.
