HR Assistant

Our client is seeking a HR Assistant to join their team. As a HR Assistant, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: HR Assistant Location: Chelmsford, MA What's the Job? Support in functional areas of the human resources department, including recruitment and employment processes Oversee and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Vendor Management System (VMS) Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to facilitate recruitment activities Generate and analyze reports related to workforce planning and hiring metrics Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best talent for the organization What's Needed? Associate's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in human resources or related field Effective communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience with ATS and VMS platforms is preferred Ability to travel using personal vehicle on an as-needed basis What's in it for me?
