Marketing Specialist

Marketing SpecialistWe are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist to help drive traffic, generate leads, and support the sales process for our home communities. This role reporting to the Director of Marketing will work closely with our sales and operations teams to improve how our homes are marketed online and to develop creative strategies that bring prospective buyers through the door.This role is ideal for individuals interested in marketing, real estate, sales, or digital advertising who have hands-on experience generating leads and closing deals.Responsibilities:Create and manage listings for homes on Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Craigslist, and other platformsAssist in developing and managing Google Ads and digital advertising campaignsCreate engaging flyers, brochures, and marketing materialsHelp produce photo and video content for homes and communitiesDevelop creative strategies to increase walk-in traffic and appointment bookingsResearch and test new marketing channels to attract buyersAssist sales managers with lead follow-up and appointment schedulingSupport the team during open houses and community toursHelp track leads and marketing performanceAssist with competitive market analysisConduct competitive analysis of nearby communities and housing optionsIdentify pricing trends and marketing tactics used by competitorsProvide recommendations to improve marketing performance and sales conversionQualifications:Bachelor's degree required; degree in Marketing preferredOne to two years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or a related fieldKnowledge in digital marketing and salesExperience running paid advertisementsExperience with social media platforms and online marketplacesBasic skills in Canva, Google Ads, or similar marketing tools preferredCreative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and willingness to interact with prospective buyersHands-on experience in real estate marketing and salesExperience running digital advertising campaignsExposure to lead generation and closing strategiesOpportunity to build a portfolio of marketing campaigns and materialsMentorship from sales and marketing professionalsCanva or Adobe design experienceSocial media marketingKnowledge of Google Ads / SEOPhotography or video editingLocation: Skokie, IL (Preferred).
