Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated outpatient oncology nursing care following established standards and the nursing process
- Collect relevant patient data, analyze findings, and develop and implement care plans; coordinate with the multidisciplinary team
- Prepare patients, rooms, and equipment for minor procedures; assist physicians with procedures as directed
- Administer treatments and supportive care per protocol; monitor patient response and ensure safety and infection control
- Educate patients and families; provide treatment information and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Supervise and delegate tasks to appropriate nursing staff; collaborate with the care team to promote a safe, healing environment

Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice (California)
- BLS/CPR certification from an approved vendor
- ONC/ONCC-CHIM certification required
- 2–3 years of recent oncology or outpatient nursing experience
- EPIC electronic medical record experience required
- BSN preferred; ability to work in an outpatient setting; no on-call required
