Responsibilities

- Support continuity of care through accurate documentation, communication with the care team, and adherence to policies.
- Monitor patient responses to treatments, administer medications as appropriate within scope, and provide patient and family education about care plans and follow-up.

Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse license
- Oncology nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work in an outpatient care setting
- Comfortable with 10-hour shifts and a 4-day work week
