Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for outpatients in a clinic setting according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Apply oncology nursing principles to outpatient care and symptom management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication of patient status to the care team.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license to practice in California.
- Experience in outpatient/clinic nursing; oncology experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and independent judgment; ability to supervise and coordinate care across nursing staff.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
