Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for delivering individualized psychotherapy services to clients coping with a range of mental health issues. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implementing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities relevant to the client's therapeutic journey.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient records.

• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.

• Participating in regular peer consultative meetings to continually enhance service delivery and treatment modalities.

• Educating clients and their family members about mental health conditions, treatment avenues, and available community resources to support their recovery.

• Keenly staying informed about the latest research and developments in mental health to integrate new knowledge into your clinical practice.

The clients you will serve are diverse, ranging from children to adults, presenting a variety of mental health needs from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT is preferred, along with a familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems which will enhance efficiency in managing patient information. Compensation and Benefits\n
