Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teacher license is required
• Experience working with K-8 students in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet a variety of student needs

Your Daily Impact:

• Provide direct instruction and support in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Develop and adapt lesson plans to foster academic, social, and emotional growth
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff professional development, and ongoing training
