Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. About Our Agency Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Newnan, GA. Our office is open 8:00am-6:00pm. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a second generation State Farm agent. We currently have 5 team members at our agency. We have 30 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
