This full-time position involves handling patent prosecution matters, drafting applications, and responding to office actions. Duties Draft new patent applications, including meeting with inventors to identify innovations. Draft responses to communications from U.S. and foreign patent offices. Identify and analyze complex patent applications and related issues. Communicate with clients, vendors, and patent office personnel. Perform other responsibilities as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in science or engineering; electrical engineering preferred. Experience in telecommunications, integrated circuits, or related technologies. Registered patent agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Superior investigative and problem resolution skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse groups. Technical and analytical skills for complex patent analysis. Education Bachelor's degree in science or engineering. Certifications Registered patent agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
