District Sales Manager, CAS

Medtronic Inc

Medtronic seeks a District Sales Manager for Cardiac Ablation Solutions in Tennessee to lead field sales execution, drive revenue growth, and manage a sales team focused on cardiac arrhythmia treatment technologies. This remote field-based role requires strategic leadership, customer relationship development, and cross-functional collaboration across hospital and ambulatory care settings.

Responsibilities

Lead district execution of CAS sales strategies to achieve revenue and market penetration targets
Coach, develop, and retain high-performing sales team through field rides and performance feedback
Drive customer adoption of cardiac ablation technologies across targeted accounts
Manage district forecasting, budgeting, inventory, and Salesforce adoption for operational excellence
Recruit and hire top talent while maintaining succession pipeline and supporting new product launches

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years medical device, healthcare, or life sciences sales experience
Proven track record leading sales growth and account expansion initiatives
Experience building customer relationships in hospital or procedural care environments
Ability to travel throughout assigned region regularly
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
