Position Summary This position will be responsible for setting up and maintaining systems and data configurations in regards to departments that utilize InfoGenesis and related/integrated platforms. This position will also be level 4 IT support for those platforms. Job Duties/Responsibilities Sets up and maintains Point of Sale System (Infogenesis) and configuration Sets up and maintains Mobile Ordering (Agilysys OnDemand) Sets up and maintains Label Printing (Date Code Genie) Interfaces with corporate and field staff triaging system issues to achieve KPIs Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create system solutions that support overall business strategies Collaborates with outside vendors with System Upgrades, Implementations, etc. Minimum Required Qualifications Analysis and communication with technical and non‑technical staff Ability to consolidate complex information and communicate to various levels of the organization Excellent organization skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
