Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all products. Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align forecasts with capacity. Monitor inventory levels and adjust schedules to prevent stockouts or overstock. Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, escalating issues as necessary. Analyze production performance and make data-driven improvements to scheduling processes. Utilize ERP/MRP systems to optimize scheduling and resource allocation. Lead cross-functional meetings to review schedules and address potential disruptions. Recommended Qualifications 5 years experience as a Master Scheduler in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to develop and maintain accurate production schedules in an ERP/MRP system. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and material requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing production flow. Proficiency in using advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
