Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing structured clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools to inform treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and therapeutic goals, integrating various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring that each client receives consistent support while fostering a safe space for open dialogue and healing.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress toward established therapeutic goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans when indicated.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical progress and interactions in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in continual professional development and participate in clinical supervision as well as training sessions provided by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse population encompassing various ages, backgrounds, and presenting issues. You will primarily interact with clients facing anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms, trauma, and stress-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
