Director - Rise Technical. This is an opportunity to step into the first Superintendent position within a rapidly expanding business to support an expanding residential development portfolio. You will take responsibility for on-site delivery across multiple residential projects and play a key role in setting standards for how projects are planned, scheduled, and executed moving forward. The company has a strong pipeline of repeat residential work across the Greater Bay Area and Southern California. This role offers clear long‑term progression into senior construction leadership as the business scales.
