• Conduct initial assessments to identify client treatment needs, and formulate accurate diagnoses using the DSM V standards.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practice guidelines for a range of mental health issues, focusing particularly on complex diagnoses.

• Facilitate therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic models like cognitive behavioral therapy and behavior modification techniques.

• Provide support for clients facing crises, assessing their needs urgently, and coordinating appropriate resources and services as required.

• Deliver training and educational seminars on clinical best practices to fellow team members and the wider community to foster collaborative care.

• Supervise and mentor Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring effective team dynamics and quality service delivery.

• Work closely with community professionals to create integrated care plans that address both mental health and relevant socioeconomic factors.

This role primarily focuses on working with mothers and underserved communities, understanding their unique challenges and circumstances. • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; a Master's or Doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Possession of an independent state-issued license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to practice as a mental health professional.

• Strong proficiency in electronic medical records systems and communication technology.

• Ability to manage a large caseload effectively while collaborating with other providers and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.

• Experience in evidence-based practices and specialized training in co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
