Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, ensuring each client’s privacy and confidentiality in accordance with ethical standards and regulations.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to align with evolving client goals and therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and specialists to facilitate referrals and comprehensive care, ensuring clients receive the support they need across multiple domains.

• Engage with clients primarily aged 35-55, addressing prevalent issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management through tailored therapeutic techniques.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that use evidence-based approaches that are appropriate to each client's unique situation and therapeutic goals.

Your primary focus will be on individual counseling for women, especially those navigating various life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• An active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, demonstrating competency in delivering therapeutic services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
