Our standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required depending on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand the unique situations of each patient and create personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working predominantly with individuals from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community and immigrant families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and cultural competency within therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year.
