The role of Mental Health Therapist at Allied Health Psychotherapy Center is designed to accommodate a remote work model, ensuring you can deliver quality therapy from a setting that allows you to be at your best. Although primarily remote, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals, through virtual meetings and case consultations, all aimed at fostering a comprehensive care approach for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, employing standardized assessment tools and techniques.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, ensuring they align with clients’ unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress throughout their therapy journey, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to effectively meet their evolving needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support to clients facing acute psychological distress, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in line with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems
