Work Environment\n

This role is remote, allowing you to provide care to clients from the comfort of your own home. You'll benefit from a flexible work schedule with options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts, accommodating those who prefer to work from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, groups, couples, and families, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to gather and analyze relevant social, personal, environmental, and health information to inform treatment plans.
\n
• Evaluate and address a broad spectrum of psychological issues within your licensed scope of practice, including mental health crises.
\n
• Implement programs and activities designed to enhance clients' social and emotional well-being, promoting resilience and adaptability.
\n
• Facilitate short-term crisis resolution, including identifying and coordinating referrals to community resources that can provide additional support.
\n
• Foster a therapeutic environment based on mutual trust, respect, and acceptance, effectively building rapport with clients.

• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the services you provide and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and records, complying with established protocols and ensuring confidentiality.

• Manage your caseload effectively, keeping abreast of all client interactions and treatment milestones.

• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the clinic's mission and operational needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000. In addition to this, the position is eligible for a sign-on bonus to acknowledge your commitment to joining our team.
