Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally informed assessments to understand each client's unique background and challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized intervention plans tailored to the specific needs of individuals, families, and couples.

• Provide effective outpatient therapy, focusing on teaching clients essential life skills, emotional regulation, and resilience building.

• Create strategic crisis management plans to address clients' triggers and provide immediate support during emergencies.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.

• Facilitate digital workshops and support groups as needed, providing additional input and education to clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients dealing with various mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, stress management, and more. Our client-centered approach ensures that each individual’s cultural, linguistic, and personal values are integrated into their treatment plans, fostering a safe and welcoming space for all.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active licensure in Virginia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Demonstrated capability to address a variety of complex mental health issues and client needs.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with diverse clients.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a remote team environment while maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of direct counseling experience, particularly within telehealth or outpatient settings.

• Experience working with clients from different cultural backgrounds, emphasizing cultural competence in treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
