We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable/Billing Clerk with one of our construction clients located in the Far East Valley. This is a contract to hire opportunity and requires 5 days in office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable functions, including billing, collections, and account reconciliation.
• Process accurate and timely invoicing for time and materials projects.
• Track equipment usage and allocate costs to customer projects.
• Maintain billing activities across multiple company entities.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with project managers to validate billable labor, materials, and equipment.
• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and other accounting systems to support AR processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience with time and materials billing.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
