Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy utilizing evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and narrative therapy, to foster personal growth and well-being in clients.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, monitor progress, and make necessary adaptations to treatment strategies as needed.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with organizational guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Medina Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents.
