We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist in Irving, TX to join our team. This role involves managing the telephone switchboard, greeting and directing visitors, handling mail, maintaining office supplies, and supporting hiring processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds and will demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities also include distributing paychecks/stubs, coordinating with transportation via radio, and attending staff meetings and in-services. Success in this role requires the ability to follow instructions, maintain a steady work pace, and perform both routine and complex tasks with precision and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 + years experience in reception or office work required
• Must be compassionate
• Must be able to work the shift listed

Hours: Thursday through Sunday 2:30pm to 11:00pm, with alternating Wednesdays every other week
