Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies to effectively address various mental health challenges.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, treatment summaries, and client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational protocols.
\n
• Coordinate and manage specialized programs within the Behavioral Health Department, fostering collaboration with other health care providers and community organizations.
\n
• Identify and cultivate community resources to enhance preventive mental health services for clients, contributing to a robust support network.
\n
• Participate in team meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and strategize on treatment plans to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural, social, and economic backgrounds. You will employ a client-centered approach, emphasizing inclusivity and sensitivity to each client's unique needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A valid LMFT license including adherence to all current supervision guidelines and continuing education requirements.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience providing clinical mental health services, including crisis intervention.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively within a team, exhibiting strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.

• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Specialized training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Engagement in community outreach initiatives aimed at mental health education and advocacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
