Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Flourish Counsel Connect, you will:

• Conduct individual and couple's therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health challenges.
\n
• Facilitate family therapy sessions that focus on improving communication and resolving conflicts among family members.
\n
• Work with clients dealing with issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, and relationship conflicts.
\n
• Provide targeted support for blended families, navigating remarriage and familial adjustments.
\n
• Document treatment plans, client progress, and therapeutic interventions in compliance with licensing board regulations.
\n
• Engage in regular consultation and collaboration with peers and our clinical team to ensure ongoing support and development.
\n
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on couples and families, encompassing a diverse range of individuals including adults and children. Our practice addresses a variety of issues, including but not limited to:

• Challenges arising from separation and divorce

• Conflicts among siblings and family members
\n
• Mother-daughter dynamics
\n
• Adjustments to significant life changes, such as job stress or medical issues

This variety in client focus allows you to utilize a wide spectrum of therapeutic skills while making significant contributions to improving mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
