We are seeking a dedicated Contract Administrator to support our Strategic Sourcing team and help drive our procurement and business objectives forward.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the preparation, review, execution, and storage of supplier contracts, amendments, and renewals.Facilitate contract routing and approvals through established governance processes.Maintain contract records within approved contract management systems.Partner with Category Leaders to support sourcing events and contract implementation activities.Ensure contracts comply with procurement policies and governance standards.Maintain accurate contract and supplier information in SAP, Ariba, and other systems.Requirements2 years of experience in construction contract negotiations and administration.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.PreferencesExperience supporting strategic sourcing or procurement organizations.Experience with SAP/Ariba, contract lifecycle management systems, or similar platforms.Knowledge of utility industry procurement and contracting practices.Bachelor's degree in construction management or business administration or equivalent work experience.Ready to take the next step in your career?
