Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to a diverse range of clients, adapting approaches to meet their specific therapeutic needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving meaningful outcomes.

• Utilize our billing service to streamline administrative tasks, including managing claims, handling client accounts, conducting eligibility checks, and coordinating payment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Effectively schedule ongoing appointments with clients while maintaining a well-organized calendar to facilitate timely follow-ups and referrals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a valid license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in accordance with state regulations.

• Exhibit exceptional professionalism, therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and the necessary self-motivation and self-sufficiency required for remote counseling.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and effective time management to handle a caseload efficiently.

• Must be committed to professional development, demonstrating a willingness to further enhance therapeutic skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with couples is highly valued and can bring additional expertise to our practice.

• Preference is given to candidates with significant training or practical experience in various therapeutic modalities.

• Availability for a full-time schedule, including at least 20-25 hours per week and a minimum of two evenings each week, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position falls within the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We offer competitive compensation as a W2 employee, ensuring financial stability for our therapists.
