About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to take on a pivotal role in fund-level accounting, reporting, and back-office operations. This senior position is highly visible and offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership to ensure top-tier financial management as the firm expands. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing fund accounting and financial reporting across multiple private equity vehicles, managing investor reporting, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial metrics. Additionally, the role involves leading back-office operations, maintaining internal controls, and supporting strategic initiatives such as fund structuring and operational scaling. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance role at the company should have a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in private equity fund accounting, financial reporting, or fund operations. A strong understanding of PE fund structures, waterfalls, and investor allocations is essential, as is experience in managing audits, tax processes, and third-party service providers. The ideal candidate will have a background in a top-tier fund, administrator, or public/private accounting firm with exposure to private equity. A CPA is strongly preferred. The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can also operate at a strategic level, and who is adept at partnering with various stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and senior management.
