• Shift: 3x 13-hour day shifts (6:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Hours/week: 39 hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract
• Licenses/Certifications: Massachusetts license; BC in Neurosurgery preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 year neuro experience required

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $129.98/hr

What You'll Do

• Assist in inpatient neurosurgical care, including rounding with residents and patient assessments
• Review patient plans, update orders, and coordinate discharges
• Manage patient care and documentation using Epic EMR software
• Remove drains (Hemovac/Jp drains) preferred
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality neuro care
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout hospitalization

What You Need

• Board Certification in Neurosurgery (preferred) or equivalent
• Massachusetts state license or ability to obtain
• Minimum of 1-year neuro-related clinical experience
• Strong assessment and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
