• Hours/Week: 39 hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
• License/Certifications: MA State License, BC in Neurosurgery required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year neuro experience

• Hourly Rate: $129.98/hour

What You'll Do:

• Conduct patient rounds with residents in a neuro inpatient setting
• Review patient plans, update orders, and manage discharge paperwork
• See patients requiring clinical assessment and care planning
• Remove drains such as Hemovac and JP drains (preferred)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient care plans
• Support inpatient neurosurgery procedures and protocols
• Document patient interactions and ensure compliance with hospital policies

What You Need:

• Current MA State RN license and certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• BC in Neurosurgery (required)
• At least 1 year of neuro-related clinical experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
