Work Environment\n

As a completely remote role, this position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. Our team operates in a structured environment that promotes work-life balance, encouraging counselors to maintain their own well-being while delivering exceptional service. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent schedule that supports both client and caregiver needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans for clients that are compliant with company guidelines.

• Gather and document ongoing treatment progress, including periodic reviews of treatment plans and detailed case notes to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage actively with clients, employing creative interventions tailored to meet their unique goals and needs, enhancing their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with case managers, family members, and other medical or educational staff to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, each facing different challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and various adjustment issues. Our client base includes individuals from various age groups and backgrounds, reflecting a wide spectrum of cultural and socioeconomic circumstances. The LCPC will need to apply culturally sensitive approaches to effectively connect with and support each client, thus ensuring equitable mental health services are provided.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active Maryland clinical licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
