Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company , is partnering with a dynamic global financial services corporation to recruit an Employment Attorney . This is a full‑time, hybrid contract opportunity. Position Details Start Date: ASAP Duration: indefinite Hours: 40/week Location: Hybrid - NYC Compensation: $110/hr Responsibilities Advise HR and business leaders on U.S. and global employment law matters, including compliance, employee benefits, accommodations and leave, compensation, restrictive covenants, workforce restructurings, and diversity initiatives. Counsel Employee Relations and HR teams on sensitive employment issues, including discipline, terminations, workplace investigations, and disability, leave, and accommodation matters, to mitigate legal and reputational risk. Draft, review, and update employment policies, practices, and related documentation. Manage employment disputes, including attorney demand letters, administrative charges, and litigation before courts, arbitration panels, and government agencies. License to practice law in any US jurisdiction, active and in good standing, is required. LOD is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
