This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance in a supportive virtual environment. While the majority of your interactions will take place through telehealth platforms, you may have the opportunity to meet clients in our outpatient office as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients to foster a safe environment for exploration and healing.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual or family.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions for individuals and groups, employing appropriate therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems Therapy.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track patient data.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will comprise individuals and families from various backgrounds, each presenting distinct challenges that may include marital discord, parenting difficulties, trauma, mental health disorders, and substantial life transitions. The ability to approach clients from a strengths-based perspective and tailor your interventions to their specific cultural and personal contexts will be essential.

Qualifications\n

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Proven experience delivering individual and/or group therapy sessions.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities.
