Consistently follow up with leads to convert initial conversations into scheduled appointments, building strong client relationships. Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine your skills, boost your confidence, and stay updated on market trends. Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless experience. Track and analyze your business activities regularly to maintain a clear understanding of your progress and areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive environment where successes are celebrated, and challenges are addressed collectively. $112,500-$225,000 per year
