About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Recovery Residential Support Services to lead a Christ-centered program that provides residential recovery support, life skills development, and spiritual formation for adults overcoming substance use disorder and other challenging behaviors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the program's strategic planning, growth, and quality improvement, ensuring that all activities are in line with the organization's Christian mission and values. This role involves overseeing the design, delivery, and evaluation of recovery programming, maintaining regulatory compliance, and managing the program's budget. The VP will also be involved in fostering community and church partnerships, serving as the primary spokesperson, and providing spiritual leadership and training. Candidates for the VP position should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for clinical licenses and specialized addiction certifications. A minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in behavioral health, particularly in a recovery setting, is desired. The role requires strong management skills, the ability to work with diverse populations, and a commitment to equity and cultural competency. The ideal candidate will have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, be actively involved in a local church, and demonstrate a passion for the organization's mission. Responsibilities also include staff supervision, volunteer management, and a commitment to the power of prayer and spiritual growth.
