Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a clinician to assess and treat clients who present symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, tailoring interventions to their specific needs.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and detailed assessments, making referrals for more extensive evaluations when necessary.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that ensure continuity of care, facilitating communication between clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.

• Provide a variety of brief, focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services to clients, including individual therapy, group support, and family counseling.

• Manage a diverse caseload, monitoring progress through regular follow-ups and adapting treatment plans as needed to address emerging issues.

• Participate in crisis intervention and emergency response scenarios, ensuring timely support for clients in distress.

• Submit timely reports and documentation following organizational protocols, maintaining compliance with ongoing evaluation requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually.
