Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer with Active Clearance Patrol Response in MOORESTOWN, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to site needs. You will deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with personnel and visitors, and support a welcoming, secure environment. DayTimeTue02:00 PM - 06:30 PMThur02:00 PM - 06:30 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at an aerospace and defense billing operations location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with established procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
- Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
