Role Description Levinson Axelrod, P.A., (Forked River Office) seeks an experienced legal assistant.Strong New Jersey Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience required.Seeking a candidate with a professional demeanor to work in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational, communication and computer skills are essential, including basic knowledge of paperless office technologies such as Office, Adobe Acrobat, Dropbox and case management software.Basic training for our case management software system will be provided. Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience and skills. Salary range $55,000-$70,000 and benefits package include medical, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) plan. ; all inquiries strictly confidential. Qualifications Knowledge of Law and personal injury. Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organizing motions, correspondence, and discovery materials. Experience in Document Review, including analyzing medical records, legal documents, and case files for accuracy, completeness, and relevance. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and attorneys in a professional manner. High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a busy legal environment. Comfort with legal practice management software, document management systems, and standard office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, Dropbox, Adobe). Prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a litigation or personal injury firm preferred; paralegal certificate or relevant coursework is beneficial.
