Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide specialized individual and couples therapy sessions to a diverse clientele struggling with various clinical presentations, focusing specifically on substance use and addiction issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including clinical notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Utilize a dedicated billing service to manage insurance claims, account receivables, and payment plans, thereby allowing you to focus on providing care to your clients.

• Effectively schedule all ongoing appointments and manage your calendar to meet the needs of your clients and ensure smooth workflow.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to continually enhance your therapeutic skills and methodologies, adhering to best practices in clinical social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with clients of all ages who are navigating the challenges of detox and recovery. This population may include those in crisis, individuals dealing with co-occurring mental health disorders, and families impacted by substance use. Your clinical expertise will support these individuals in developing coping strategies and resilience to achieve their recovery goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology; candidates must hold a current and valid LCSW license to practice independently in Arizona.

• Demonstrated professionalism, with strong therapeutic boundaries and cultural competency ensure the highest level of care for clients.

• Ability to manage a caseload effectively, including organization and time management skills, as well as a motivation for self-improvement and professional growth.

• Minimum availability is 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings per week to accommodate client appointments.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant experience in providing therapy to couples in addition to individual therapy will be viewed favorably.

• Prior work or training in detox environments or with substance use disorders is advantageous for this role.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other practice management software is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials. Additionally, therapists will receive bonuses based on performance. As a W2 employee, you will benefit from a comprehensive compensation package, including:
