Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on culinary professional who thrives in fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality, innovation, and exceptional food.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate culinary members
• Maintain high standards for quality, presentation, and consistency
• Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
• Assist in menu creation, execution, prep, order, and inventory
• Manage kitchen operation in chefs' absence
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
• Help create a positive and professional team environment

Qualifications:

• Previous sous chef or strong culinary leadership experience
• Strong food knowledge
• Excellent communication
• Food handlers/serve safe
• Certification preferred
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, holidays and some weekends when events require
