Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney with a focus on Commercial Litigation to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, specifically in handling cases related to construction defects and defense strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex legal matters and develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of litigation cases related to commercial disputes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court and at depositions, providing effective legal support.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies and client consultations.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation of case progress.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction defect law and defense litigation.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently under pressure.
