Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to discern the mental health challenges faced by clients, thereby determining appropriate and effective treatment plans.

• Engage clients in individual therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to support personal growth, emotional healing, and overall well-being.

• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, monitoring their progress regularly and adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure the best outcomes.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans meticulously in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational protocols.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss case progress and share insights with colleagues, fostering a collegial environment that promotes continuous learning and improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults and may also engage with children and adolescents. Your focus will be on addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will have the opportunity to develop long-term therapeutic alliances that empower clients to navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or therapeutic setting.

• Demonstrated competency in working with diverse populations, specifically adults, children, and adolescents.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, depending on experience, alongside a generous sign-on bonus as an incentive for joining our growing team.
