The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the patient through support with daily living activities, companionship, and assistance with healthcare needs./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliAssist the patient with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing./liliProvide companionship and engage the patient in social and recreational activities./liliHelp with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition./liliAdminister medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals./liliMaintain a clean and safe environment for the patient./liliCommunicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers regarding the patients needs and progress./liliDocument care provided and any changes in the patients condition./li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliCurrent certification as a CNA, CHHA, PCA./liliPrevious experience in caregiving, especially with young adults or individuals with specific health needs, is preferred./liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills./liliCompassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care./liliAbility to lift and move patients as needed./liliReliable and punctual with a strong work ethic./li/ul/div
