Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide various forms of assessment and evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, ensuring an inclusive environment for all participants.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of client health are addressed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards to protect client confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training programs, and staying updated on current mental health advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload availability.
