Position Summary

We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage payroll and expense processes, support financial close activities, and help ensure compliance with applicable regulations. This role requires discretion, accuracy, and strong collaboration with Finance, HR, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including required filings with tax agencies.

Calculate complex sales bonus payouts and prepare payroll journal entries.

Calculate final paychecks in accordance with state-mandated deadlines.

Reconcile assigned accounts and assist with audits.

Ensure payroll practices comply with federal and state regulations.

Complete month-end, semi-annual, and year-end financial close tasks.

Calculate and submit year-end payroll adjustments for W-2s and file required documentation with tax agencies.

Maintain accurate employee records in Concur, including updates for new hires, terminations, and employee changes.

Process employee and sales expenses through Concur in a timely manner.

Help Sales employees resolve Concur travel-related issues.

Partner with HR to track accrued, used, and available employee time off.

Maintain payroll and personnel files in accordance with company policies and confidentiality requirements.

Lead special projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Support the Finance team with daily financial tasks.
