Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing our therapists to connect with clients via telehealth services. Our practice utilizes advanced telehealth technologies to ensure seamless communication and therapy delivery, creating a high-quality virtual care experience for both therapists and clients. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs as necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new clients to identify their unique needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to implement effective interventions during one-on-one and group sessions.

• Organize and facilitate psychoeducational support groups for patients, providing them with a supportive community to address common concerns.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies and connecting clients with appropriate resources.

• Educate patients about various mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to continually enhance your methodologies and skills.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
