Director, US Oncology Strategy & Operations, Hematology

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of US Oncology Strategy & Operations focused on hematology and CAR-T therapies. The role oversees strategy, portfolio management, operational excellence, and change management across the oncology commercial organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and achieve business objectives
Manage portfolio alignment, product launch strategy, and integration across hematology franchise
Lead governance, operations, and process improvement initiatives for optimal team workflows
Direct complex projects and programs from conception through completion using best-in-class methodologies
Drive change management and adoption across oncology initiatives using formal frameworks

Requirements

Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years pharmaceutical industry experience
Expertise in strategy development and portfolio management
Project management and change management experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Knowledge of oncology and hematology therapeutic areas
