Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience using GibbsCAM; however, we are willing to cross-train the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

Program CNC mills and/or lathes
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Develop CNC programs using GibbsCAM or other CAD/CAM software
Design custom tooling and fixtures
Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary program changes
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support lean manufacturing initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation of programs and setups
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and quality
Work collaboratively with machinists

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer
Experience with CAD/CAM software; GibbsCAM preferred
Solid understanding of machining geometry and tolerancing
Experience working with aerospace or other high-precision industries
