Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist Location: Torrance, CA | On-Site | Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday Flexible start times beginning at 6:00 AM Compensation: $30.00+/hour DOE We are excited to partner with a growing organization seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a dynamic third-party logistics business unit. This is an excellent opportunity for an AR professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and making a direct impact on cash flow and customer relationships. What You'll Be Doing: • Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, chargebacks, and short payments • Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve outstanding AR issues • Review and release orders placed on credit hold • Process debit and credit memos • Assist with month-end close activities and audit support • Help train new team members and contribute to process improvements • Collaborate across departments to support efficient business operations What We're Looking For: • 3–6 years of Accounts Receivable experience, including credit and collections • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred • ERP experience required (Oracle preferred) • Advanced Excel skills • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities • Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why Consider This Opportunity? • Join a growing and stable organization • Work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency • Flexible morning start times to support work-life balance • Visible role with cross-functional exposure across the business Location: Torrance, CA (On-Site) PandoLogic.
